12 Yonkers Citizens have filed a Lawsuit against the Yonkers City Council on the Term Limits Extension Vote.

Ron Matten, Joan Gronowski, Christine Anita Peters, Joe Pinion III, Kisha Skipper, Frank Coleman, Jr., Mark Parolisi, Carolyn Solteri, Anne Marie McArdle, Eric Andre Johnson, Michael Represa and George McAnanama. 

Their Legal Counsel is Michael Sussman, Esq. in this Article 78 Proceeding Action on the Term Limits Extension Vote by the Yonkers City Council and Signed into Law by Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano.

The Defendants in this Legal Action Are: City of Yonkers, Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano, Yonkers City Council President Lakisha Collins-Bellamy, Members of The Yonkers City Council: Tasha Diaz, Mike Breen, John Rubbo, Shanae Williams, Anthony Merante and Corazon Pineda Issac.

  

We look forward to covering this case and see what the Court will decide on this Article 78 Proceeding in this Legal Action. We feel this Action is very important on this issue, since the Term Limits Extension is a major issue in the eyes of the Residents of Yonkers in our view.
