My staff and I continue to monitor the unprovoked Russian invasion of Ukraine, and to stay in close contact with Yonker's large Ukrainian American Community. I met this week at the Capitol with Ihor Makarenko, who is the Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer for the SUMA Federal Credit Union in Yonkers.
