1. By Councilmember Williams - Resolution of the City Council of Yonkers in support of New York Senate Bill S1553B and Assembly Bill A6399A, also known as the "Clean Slate Act" (Moved to Council Agenda of November 9, 2021)

2. Resolution - Advice and consent to the Commission on Reapportionment Committee Members. (No Fiscal Impact.) (All Councilmembers.) (Moved to Council Agenda of November 9, 2021)

2. Resolution - Approving an Inter-Municipal Agreement by and between the City of Yonkers and the County of Westchester to accept grant funding to provide the Enhanced Youth and Police Initiatives Plus Program. (Positive Fiscal Impact.) 3. Settlement Resolution - $40,000.00 - Flood v. Allstate Insurance Company a/s/o PALMER - (wages and medical expenses incurred by City of Yonkers and paid to Kyle Flood pursuant to General Municipal 207-c) for injuries sustained by Flood on December 8, 2017 while he was performing his police officer duties. (Fiscal Impact - Positive - MONEY PAID TO CITY OF YONKERS.)
