Hello everyone, Independence Day is a holiday that dates back to July 4th, 1776 commemorating the day America gained its independence. More commonly known as Fourth of July, this day is full of festivities from firework displays, parades and concerts to more casual gatherings like barbecues. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has cancelled many of these activities for this year, but as you get together with your family or a small group of friends today to celebrate, please remember to keep safe and do your best to adhere to social distancing policies as COVID-19 still remains a very serious issue in our community. Remember to wear your masks, wash hands and keep 6 feet from all other groups. Happy 4th of July!
