This week, we made two big moves—one to protect a Yonkers gem, and one that proves the world is watching.




We finalized a land swap that clears the way for major upgrades at Untermyer Gardens, including restoring its historic features and improving access for everyone.




And if you watched "Severance" or "The Penguin," you saw Yonkers. Both shows—and a few others filmed right here—just scored Emmy nominations. Hollywood on Hudson is alive and well!
