Election Day is on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Polls will be open from 6am-9pm. I encourage everyone to go out and vote! In addition to the race for President, Congress, NYS Senate, NYS Assembly, NYS Supreme Court Justices, and Family Court Judges, there are 2 referendums that we need you to weigh in on, so please make sure to flip the ballot. The first referendum is a NYS Proposition that would enshrine individual protections in the NYS Constitution. The second referendum is in regard to the number of years each term should be for our Westchester County Legislators. You can vote early today, tomorrow, and Sunday. No need to wait until Election Day.
