Presenting Jay Heritage Center with $500,000.
I was so pleased to present President Suzanne Clary and Jay Heritage Center with $500,000 in state funding to restore the beautiful 1838 Jay Mansion! Jay Heritage Center does exceptional work preserving our local history, acknowledging the diversity of our American story, and celebrating American history first-hand right here in our community. I thank the Jay Heritage Center and all its partners for their dedication to keeping history alive. Congratulations, and I look forward to the many wonderful experiences the Jay Mansion will continue to host.
Visiting Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk.
I had a great time visiting Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk to meet with residents, hear their concerns, and tell them about the work I am doing in the community. I was even able to join them for some trivia!

Opening of Beautiful New Affordable Housing Building in Yonkers.
I was pleased to attend the ribbon cutting for the Summit on Hudson Building in Yonkers (in my old Assembly district!). It is an exceptional affordable housing project, all electric and with many amenities, and a credit to the collaborative work of so many, including NYS HCR, NYSERDA, the City of Yonkers, County of Westchester and State of New York, as well as the work of Westhab, the developer. |
