A GENERAL ORDINANCE AMENDING GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 4-2000, CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF YONKERS (“THE CITY OF YONKERS ZONING ORDINANCE AND ZONING MAP”) RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING 900 NORTH BROADWAY (BLOCK 3415, LOT 23 OF THE CITY OF YONKERS TAX ASSESSMENT MAP) FROM THE CURRENT “PEP” (PLANNED EXECUTIVE PARK) DISTRICT TO “MG” (APARTMENT HOUSES; LOW DENSITY)
3. A RESOLUTION TO ISSUE A DETERMINATION OF SIGNIFICANCE PURSUANT TO THE STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT (“SEQRA”) FOR THE PETITION OF SANA SAYEGH FOR AN AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING MAP TO CHANGE CURRENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF “PEP” TO THE “MG” APARTMENT HOUSES LOW-DENSITY CLASSIFICATION FOR THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 900 NORTH BROADWAY (CURRENTLY “PEP”), YONKERS, NEW YORK AND KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE TAX ASSESSMENT MAP OF THE CITY OF YONKERS AS BLOCK 3415, LOT 23.
4. A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING SENATE BILL 5614-A and ASSEMBLY BILL 4202-A THAT WOULD ALLOW THE CITY OF YONKERS, THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND BUILDING TO ESTABLISH AN INDEPENDENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM.
5. RESOLUTION OF THE YONKERS CITY COUNCIL DECLARING LEAD AGENCY STATUS FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF YONKERS IN REGARD TO SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING PARKING REQUIREMENTS AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE REFERRAL OF SUCH PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF YONKERS, ENTITLED “ZONING”, TO CITY AND COUNTY PLANNING BOARDS.
