Dear Friends and Neighbors,
The Independent Redistricting Commission that has been tasked with recommending the new Congressional lines for New York State will meet Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in Albany to vote on the new lines. It is open to the public and will be streamed online at www.nyirc.gov. A recording will also be made available to the public. A date for a vote by the NYS Legislature has not yet been set.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
Vote on the final Congressional map proposal
Vote to send the final Congressional map proposal and enacting legislation to the NYS Legislature
