Yonkers Insider: New York State Assemblyman Nader Sayegh 90th District: 2023 Yonkers Public Schools Career and Technical Education Breakfast.

 


This week, I was proud to recognize the graduates, educators, and sponsors of our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs in the City of Yonkers. At this event, we were fortunate to hear from keynote speaker Robert Halmi, who is the CEO of Great Point Studios which has made a concerted invest and expand in our City.


Yonkers Public Schools have nationally renowned Career and Technical Education programs that prepare students with the skills employers are demanding to begin for lucrative careers in the workforce. I'm proud to champion State funding for Career and Technical Education programs in the State Legislature and thank CTE Program Principal Sanah Susan Naber for her commitment to further developing these programs locally.
