Yonkers Insider: New York State Assemblyman Nader Sayegh 90th District: Italian-American Day Celebrated by the NY Conference of Italian American State Legislators.

 


The New York Conference of Italian-American State Legislators sponsored Italian-American Day at the Capitol.


The contributions of Italian-Americans to New York State were acknowledged, and High School Scholarship Winners were introduced.



Among the guest speakers was Lidia Bastianich. Lidia is an Italian American Chef who has published many best selling cook books, and has starred on her cooking show on PBS.
