Yonkers Insider: New York State Senator Shelley Mayer: Law Day Art Contest.

 


May 1 is Law Day, a celebration of our legal system and the freedoms we enjoy. This year, the Office of Justice Initiatives is partnering with the Historical Society of New York Courts to invite high school students in New York State to participate in an art contest inspired by this year’s Law Day theme - Cornerstones of Democracy: Civics, Civility, and Collaboration. All submissions must be received by April 14.
