YONKERS ON THE MOVE: Rihana is bringing her Savage X Fenty lingerie product line to the Cross County Shopping Center And This Will Be The Brand's Flagship Location In New York
YONKERS: The 3,300-square-foot space is expected to open in mid-2023.
Asking rent was $225 per square foot. The lease is for 10 years. Savage X Fenty had in-house representation for the deal.

This comes on the heels of the news that Rihana is also expected to open her first Chicago-area lingerie store in 2023
