Yonkers Insider: Statement from New York State Assemblyman Nader Sayegh 90th District.

 


The State Assembly has adopted my Resolution to make May 25 Jordanian American Heritage Day in New York, in conjunction with the 76th Anniversary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Jordan's Independence Day. As the first Jordanian American elected to the Assembly my Resolution acknowledges the important role Jordan plays in the Middle East.
