Yonkers Insider: City of Yonkers: YONKERS WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT CONTINUES TO BOOM.

 


This week, the City of Yonkers officially broke ground at Extell Hudson Piers along Alexander Street.

Once completed, this $585 million project will bring over 1,400 apartments to the waterfront.
