FACTS.... Yonkers Police Department Commissioner John Mueller Would Not Be Transparent And Release The Crash Video That Killed Four Yonkers Teenagers Just Before Christmas... OMG....So Three Of The Families Are Suing The YPD..... WRONGFUL DEATH: Three Families Are Blaming The Yonkers Police For A Horrific Crash That Killed Four Teenagers In The City Of Hills YONKERS COVER UP: The 18-year-olds killed were Brandon Sierra, Randy Brisbane, Tamari Watkins and Anthony Cruz SEEKING JUSTICE: The families of Watkins, Cruz and Sierra say the Yonkers PD mishandled the pursuit of a man they tried to pull over for an unnamed "equipment Violation" on Riverdale Avenue. Legal documents filed with the court say the Yonkers initiated a high speed chase "which was unduly dangerous under circumstances" that led to the tragic deaths of the teenagers. The court papers also say YPD actions "increased the risk of danger to the public." Court papers say, 'the police "Did not ensure the proper use of warning equipment like sirens, horns and lights and the department did not properly instruct its officers to appropriately follow the vehicle" with the alleged violation. Court documents further state that the Yonkers police supervisors and leaders failed to,"direct police officers and/or personnel in the proper, appropriate and required care, precautions and conduct to be exercised in attempting to follow, chase, and/or apprehend a vehicle."
