State Supreme Court 9th Judicial District nominations happen in August. It is rumored Yonkers City Court Judge Elena Goldberg is interested in State Supreme Court.

There currently 4 openings in this year's Election but could rise if Governor signs a bill adding 2 seats to make six. We will keep our readers posted.
