Yonkers Insider: Statement from New York State Assemblyman Nader Sayegh 90th District Representing Yonkers.

 


I and fellow Democratic Legislators made it clear we could not support the Accessory Dwelling Unit proposal due to the harm it would do to single family home neighborhoods and homeowners. Gov Hochul has listened and dropped the plan. Now we can work on affordable housing proposals that won't cause harm to existing housing.
