Following Spike in NYC COVID-19 Cases and Testing Wait Times, Espaillat Will Host Several Pop-Up Testing Clinics Throughout District. NEW YORK, N.Y. – Today, Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) announced a series of pop-up COVID-19 PCR testing sites in response to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases throughout New York City and increasingly long wait times for testing throughout New York’s 13th congressional district.  In collaboration with SOMOS Medical Group, local small businesses, and organizations in the district, starting December 22nd, New York City residents and their families can attend any of the below testing sites in Harlem, Washington Heights, and the Bronx to receive a free PCR COVID-19 test.
