If you experienced flood related damages consider moving your car to an elevated area.

Overnight parking restrictions suspended tonight.

Some residents have contacted me today worried about anticipated heavy rain and winds. I just spoke with Interim Police Chief George Longworth. If you have experienced flooding in the past please feel free to move your car to elevated areas. We WILL NOT TICKET cars that are parked on town roads tonight.  If you live on E Hartsdale Ave you  may park at the metered spaces on EHA and the metered spaces on Columbia Ave.  

It's better to be careful than sorry. Hopefully the anticipated rains won't cause flooding.
