With a number of public-private partnerships, on October 29, 172 Warburton Avenue was unveiled. It is one of the largest affordable redevelopment projects in the region.
The 85 residential building replaces the outdated public housing with a new sustainable energy-efficient building. This is just the beginning of redeveloping the Cottage Place Gardens complex.
