Remote Participation Procedures for Public Hearings, Public Comment for Meeting of October 4.
The Board of Legislators’ next regular meeting will take place on Monday, October 4 at 7 p.m.

To speak: The Board has re-established remote participation procedures for those who would like to speak during the meeting.
These procedures are being instituted to protect public health, pursuant to Chapter 417 of New York State Laws of 2021 -- which allows public bodies to meet and take action without permitting in-person public access and authorizes meetings and public hearings to be held remotely by conference call.

To speak via the Board's Webex online teleconferencing system, please register at https://westchestergov.webex.
When you register, you will be asked to select from one or more of the following speaking opportunities:
- A 30-minute public comment session about any topic. Speakers are limited to a maximum of three minutes each.
- Public Hearing #1: Amending County Law Chapter 836-to provide that purchases by Westchester County of motor vehicles shall be for plug-in hybrid, electric or alternative fuel, unless otherwise exempted; More info: https://bit.ly/2ZvIyvO
- Public Hearing #2: Amending a lease agreement with the Village of Mount Kisco for property located at Mountain Avenue to permit the installation, operation and maintenance of additional equipment by the County, including radio transmission lines; More info: https://bit.ly/2ZiYEsr
