Westchester Insider: Election 2021 Desk News: Statement from James Nolan Republican for Westchester County Legislator 15th District: Elections 2021.

 


When elected Westchester County Legislator for District 15 Yonkers & Bronxville I will advocate to make sure that Yonkers receives the impact fee of millions of dollars that is required and used towards the treatment plant. Westchester County doesn’t pay the City of Yonkers anything towards the 70% of Westchester County’s waste being processed through the treatment plant.
Yonkers residents shouldn’t have to absorb the cost for the majority of the county without being compensated fairly. District 15 Yonkers & Bronxville deserves a voice and elected official that will do what is needed for the residents. When I am elected on November 2nd I will be that voice for you!
