The Board of Legislators Celebrates Caribbean-American Heritage Month - Monday, 6/28.

Please join me Monday night, June 28th, for the Board's annual celebration of  Caribbean-American Heritage Month, streaming live from the BOL Chamber at 7 p.m., prior to the start of our regular Board meeting. I am honored to be presenting a special Proclamation to Mount Vernon resident, Patrick Maitland, creator of Street Hype newspaper and Community Relations Officer of the Jamaican Consulate in New York City

The Rev. Dr. Joan E. Whittaker, Founder and Senior Pastor of HORAC Ministries in Ossining, will also receive a Proclamation from Legislator Catherine Borgia.
