This summer (beginning in July) the Town of Greenburgh will host our annual summer internship program for students interested in learning about government. The students will prepare public service announcements, meet with interesting and successful leaders, speak at Town Board meetings and learn how to advocate for legislation. The following link describes last years program (story published in the Hudson Independent).
Students from different school districts also have an opportunity to work with each other. For more info please e mail Judith Beville at jbeville@greenburghny.com or Paul Feiner at pfeiner@greenburghny.com. Students meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's in July and the first week in August from 10-3.
