Our Greenburgh Covid Angels was featured on Les Holt's Nightly News. We're so appreciative of our hard working volunteers who care about their neighbors and are helping them obtain vaccination appointments
The Greenburgh Covid Angels was featured on NBC National TV Nightly News with Les Holt on Wednesday evening. We're so fortunate living in a caring community--approximately 180 volunteers are helping seniors navigate the stressful and difficult Covid-19 vaccination appointment process. And, they have had some successes!!! The volunteers are working extremely hard, have made hundreds of calls and call and are checking up on 3,000 Greenburgh seniors. We are also receiving e mails and calls from residents who live in every section of the country asking how they can start a similar program in their communities and state.
