MAYOR MIKE SPANO: We Have A $56 Million Affordable Housing Development Investment In Yonkers "Yonkers reaffirmed its commitment to urban renewal, redeveloping an old building structure to create a new affordable housing complex,' Mayor Mike Spano said in a statement. The $56 million investment will feature 81 apartment units located at 178 Warburton Avenue.
