WESTCHESTER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TRAFFIC ADVISORIES BRONX RIVER PARKWAY | DOUBLE LANE & SINGLE CLOSURES | CITY OF YONKERS ROADWAY: Bronx River Parkway. LIMITS: Bronx River Parkway from the Cross County Parkway to the New York City Line. WHAT: Roadway improvement project. IMPACTS: There will be the following lane closures of the Bronx River Parkway within the above limits: NB two (2) of three (3) lanes will be closed Monday thru Wednesday, between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. NB right lane will be closed Monday thru Wednesday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm, and Thursday until 2:00 pm. SB right lane will be closed Monday thru Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. ​WHEN: Monday, September 28, thru Thursday, October 1, 2020. LIMITS: Bronx River Parkway exit ramps to the Cross County Parkway, Cross County Parkway to the Bronx River Parkway, and various ramps in the City of Yonkers. WHAT: Roadway improvement project. IMPACTS: There will be the following closures of the Bronx River Parkway & Cross County Parkway exit/entrance ramps: Exit 6, CCP EB to the BRP SB/NB will be closed Monday, September 28, thru Friday, October 2, overnight between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Exit 11 W, BRP NB & SB to the CCP WB, will be closed Monday, September 28, thru Friday, October 2, overnight between the hours of 9:00 pm and 6:00 am. ​WHEN: Monday, September 28, thru Friday, October 2, 2020. WHO: Westchester County Department of Public Works & Transportation Contracts # 15-510 and 19-506. BRONX RIVER PARKWAY | OVERNIGHT DOUBLE LANE CLOSURES | CITY OF YONKERS ROADWAY: Bronx River Parkway. LIMITS: Bronx River Parkway from the Cross County Parkway to the New York City Line. WHAT: Roadway improvement project. IMPACTS: There will be the following lane closures of the Bronx River Parkway within the above limits: NB two (2) of three (3) lanes will be closed overnight Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am (single closure will start at 9:00 pm). NB left lane will be closed Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. SB two (2) of three (3) lanes will be closed overnight Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am (single closure will start at 9:00 pm). SB left lane will be closed Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. WHEN: Monday, September 28, thru Friday, October 2, 2020. LIMITS: At the Sprain Brook Parkway split to Exit 4 Scarsdale Road. WHAT: Roadway resurfacing project. IMPACTS: The Bronx River Parkway northbound at the Sprain Brook Parkway will be closed with all motorists detoured onto the Sprain Brook Parkway: Monday, September 28, thru Friday, October 2, 2020 between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am (night work). The BRP southbound right lane will remain closed. WHEN: Monday, September 28, thru Friday, October 2, 2020. WHO: Westchester County Department of Public Works & Transportation Contract # 19-506. MIDLAND AVENUE | SINGLE LANE CLOSURE | CITY OF YONKERS & VILLAGE OF BRONXVILLE ROADWAY: Midland Avenue. LIMITS: Between Desmond Avenue and Parkway Road. WHAT: Bridge Rehabilitation project. IMPACTS: There will be a continuation of the single lane closure & detour for Desmond Avenue within the above limits.  WHEN: Monday, September 28, thru Sunday, October 4, 2020 at all times.
