Yonkers Insider: Town of Greenburgh Desk.
A rising senior at Irvington High School is starting a volleyball camp for this week. I think it's great that students are being creative and coming up with interesting business ideas during this difficult time in our history: COVID-19. This is an opportunity for students and adults who are creative to come up with interesting initiatives that can help residents overcome the frustrations and challenges of the pandemic. Feel free to share other innovative initiatives with me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com. It's nice to recognize talented students. The volleyball camp will be held from Monday, August 24th through Friday, August 28th from 900 AM - 1100 AM each morning at the "Life is the Place to Be" center in Ardsley, New York. The cost is $200 per child (ages 6-17 of any skill level are welcome) with an extra $100-$200 cost if you need door-to-door transportation. (depending on how far your child lives from the camp) e mail Laila Zuckerman at lifevolleyballcamp@gmail.com
