I have exciting news to share with you!

This week I announced a new partnership with the U.S. Soccer Foundation to create the city’s first state-of-the-art mini-pitch (soccer field)!
 
Working with these organizations shows the good that can come from public-private partnerships. The best part is the project comes at no cost to taxpayers. The City of Yonkers provides the location in need of renovation and the U.S. Soccer Foundation creates the soccer field. Together, we will transform an underutilized area at Stefanik Park (Nepperhan Ave) into a recreational space for our community to enjoy. 

The mini-pitch installation at Stefanik Park is underway and is expected to be completed mid-September.
