NEW YORK — Attorney General Letitia James today released the following statement regarding the court’s decision to accept New York’s proposal to expedite briefing on the D.C. Court’s jurisdiction over this case challenging a New York law: “We are pleased that the court has accepted our reasonable proposal for how to move forward in this premature lawsuit filed by President Trump. We look forward to continuing to make our case in court. This law is constitutional, and we will vigorously defend it.”
