Dear District 16, Friends and Neighbors
As we come together to celebrate this season of gratitude, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to each of you for your continued trust, support, and commitment to our community.
Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the many blessings we share --- family, friends, and the strength of the bonds that unite us. This year, as always, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Your dedication to making our community a better place does not go unnoticed, and I am inspired by the resilience, compassion, and hard work that each of you contributes.
During this time of reflection and giving thanks, let us remember those who may be facing challenges (loneliness, depression, bereavement, food insecurities and/or financial stresses) and look for ways to extend our hands in kindness and support.
I wish you all a joyful Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of those who matter most. May we continue to work together to build a brighter future for all.
