Settlement by Law Department - $105,000.00- Maria Gomez and Gino Guglielmi — Plaintiffs allegedly sustained personal injuries when they were both back seat passengers in a vehicle that was stopped at a traffic light on Nepperhan Avenue and Roberts Avenue and was struck from behind by a City of Yonkers DPW vehicle (Negative Fiscal Impact.)
