Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano will join Yonkers Fire Department Commissioner William Fitzpatrick on Thursday, August 1 at 1 P.M. at  Saunders Trades and Technical High School on 183 Palmer Road for the promotions of 9 fire officers in the Yonkers Fire Department.
