Kinsley, One of Seven Yonkers Neighborhood Parks, Renovated this Summer.
Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano will join Yonkers Parks, Recreation & Conservation Commissioner Steve Sansone, staff, residents, and community members to re-open Kinsley Park Wednesday, July 31 at 3:00PM at Kinsley Park (Park & Chase Avenues), unveiling renovations to the neighborhood park.
Renovations include new playground equipment; new rubber safety surfacing; new basketball courts, poles and hoops; new benches and picnic tables; and improved site work including walkways, drainage, landscaping and trees.
Kinsley Park is one of seven parks undergoing renovations. Currently, Hudson Fulton, Schultz, Ravine, Wilson, Cochran and Stefanik Parks are under construction and expected to be completed later this summer.
