Yonkers Insider: Statement from Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano.

 


Dear Neighbors,


School's out and the summer season is officially in full swing.


We have upgraded several of our Yonkers Parks with new playground equipment and safety features, including the City's most frequented neighborhood park, Unity Park. It's a great time of year to be outside and explore.


As we prepare to honor our nation's independence next week, I'd like to invite you and your families to celebrate the Fourth of July along the waterfront. A live DJ will begin playing music at 7 p.m. and the fireworks begin at 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 4.
