New York, NY (6/28/2024) --  Veteran New York rapper Styles P of the legendary Rap trio The LOX has dedicated over a decade of his career to helping build healthy communities through his health and wellness ventures Juices For Life and, more recently, Farmacy For Life. On Saturday, June 29 2024, the rapper, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and health advocate is set to completely overhaul the Juices for Life brand and officially launch Juices 2 Heal. At 11am EST, there will be a special ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the White Plains juice bar, located at 180 Grand St., White Plains, New York, NY 10604. Congressman Jamaal Bowman, White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach, Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, and White Plains City Council Members are all expected to be in attendance.

The remaining Juices For Life bars located in The Bronx and Yonkers will all carry the new name, Juices 2 Heal.

MORE ABOUT STYLES P:

Styles P is one of the most sought after MCs of his generation. Born David Styles in Queens, New York and raised in Yonkers, P rose to prominence as one-third of  the world renowned trio The LOX. Styles, along with his fellow group members Jadakiss and Sheek Louch, were discovered by superstar singer, fellow Yonkers, NY native Mary J. Blige in 1994. The three man team then came up in music under two of the most storied hip-hop Dynasties; the Sean “Diddy” Combs led Bad Boy Records and the DMX-helmed Ruff Ryders label. Styles has been one of rap’s most consistent and lauded lyricists since then.

Styles P's solo debut, A Gangster and a Gentleman (2002), was led by the Swizz Beatz-produced hit single "Good Times." Four years later, he returned under the billing Styles P as Ruff Ryders released his much-delayed sophomore album, Time Is Money in December of 2006. Almost exactly one year from that date, signed to Koch Records, the rapper issued his third studio full-length, Super Gangster (Extraordinary Gentleman) (2007). In 2010 he was a featured guest on Rick Ross' massive hit "BMF (Blowin' Money Fast)," while 2011 saw him release the Master of Ceremonies album. In 2012 he issued The World's Most Hardest MC Project with producers like AraabMUZIK and Jahlil Beats behind the boards, but 2013's Float was produced exclusively by Scram Jones. An accidental leak of his 2015 album A Wise Guy and a Wise Guy led to its early release as the MC dropped the 20-track LP in October of that year.

15 solo albums and six collaborative projects later, Styles remains an integral piece to the legacy of The LOX, but has pledged his retirement from his solo career to dedicate more of his time to the health and wellness space. Styles aims to further bridge the gap between Hip-Hop and healthy living through his latest venture  Farmacy For Life. Billed as “Hip-Hop’s first natural health food store", Farmacy For Life was established by Styles and his wife Adjua as an extension of their line of juice bars Juices For Life, which launched soon after Styles P adopted a plant-based diet. Continuing their mission of building healthy communities, Farmacy For Life recently collaborated with Swiss chef Daniel Humm's Eleven Madison Home for the launch of Little Farma Box and Styles PB&J. Styles P's nonprofit organization Farma Cares teamed with the Yonkers Family YMCA for their first ever 'Plant Based Community Dine-In Night' in 2023. With a menu curated by Styles and his wife Adjua Styles, the inaugural event successfully served over 200 Yonkers residents, including families, elders, and young people.
