Yonkers Insider: CITY OF YONKERS HOSTS 16th ANNUAL YONKERS IDOL & YONKERS JUNIOR IDOL FINALE - Sat., 6/15 @ 6 P.M.


CITY OF YONKERS HOSTS 16th ANNUAL YONKERS IDOL AND YONKERS JUNIOR IDOL FINALE.


Mayor Mike Spano and Yonkers Department of Parks, Recreation & Conservation will host the City’s 16th Annual Yonkers Idol and Yonkers Junior Idol singing competition finale Saturday, June 15, at Untermyer Gardens (945 North Broadway) at 6:00PM. 

 

The Yonkers Idol winner (15-19 years old) and Junior Idol winner (10-14 years old) will hold the title for a year and win $1000, courtesy of Untermyer Performing Arts Council Teresa Fund. The title also provides performance opportunities for various City of Yonkers ceremonies and events.
