CITY OF YONKERS TO CELEBRATE FIRST PUBLIC MURAL INSTALLATION AT JFK MARINA.

 

Mayor Mike Spano along with City’s Department of Parks, Recreation & Conservation and the Westchester Mural Group (through Yonkers Arts) will celebrate its first public mural installation on Wednesday, May 8, at 4:30PM at the JFK Marina in Yonkers.  The mural, with its aquatic theme, reflects the marina’s location in proximity to the Hudson River.

 

The new mural joins dozens of public art pieces displayed through the City of Yonkers and contributes to the city’s burgeoning arts scene.
