YONKERS MAYOR SPANO & YONKERS VETERANS TO LEAD2024 YONKERS MEMORIAL DAY REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY.

 

Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano along with the City’s Department of Veterans Services and Yonkers veterans will lead the 2024 Yonkers Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony Monday, May 27 at 9:00AM inside the Ceremonial Courtroom on the Fourth Floor of City Hall on 40 South Broadway.

 

The event holds special significance this year as the City of Yonkers was recently designated as an American World War II Heritage City by the National Park Service’s American World War II Heritage Cities program. Yonkers is the only city in New York State to be given this designation.
