Yonkers Parking Authority – for past and possible future related wages and medical expenses incurred and paid by the City of Yonkers pursuant to Workers Compensation Law for injuries sustained on behalf of Piekarz on November 9, 2018 as a result of a slip and fall accident on top level of the Government Center Garage adjoining 87 Nepperhan Avenue.
