Yonkers Insider: New York State Assemblyman Nader Sayegh 90th District: New Fordham University President Visits State Capitol.

 

Tania Tetlow has been formally inaugurated as Fordham University's 33rd President, making history as the first layperson and first woman to lead the University. As a Fordham alum, Assemblyman Sayegh joined fellow alumnus Senators Michael Gianaris and Neil Breslin at a formal event welcoming event at the Empire State Plaza's Corning Tower Observation Deck.


Established in 1841, Fordham University is a globally renowned institution of higher learning. Its impact to our community and State is immense, with thousands of their alum calling our State and region home. I look forward to working with President Tetlow to support Fordham and their mission to promote wisdom and learning as stated in their motto. Go Rams!
