Yonkers Insider: New York State Assemblyman Nader Sayegh 90th District

 


The Assembly voted 134-7 to pass Assemblyman Sayegh's legislation to requiring the results of any outage management system stress test conducted in the state by a utility company to be posted online. After Tropical Storm Isaias left 646,000 without power on Long Island, it was learned the utility - PSEG - had routinely been failing outage management tests. Senator Nathalia Fernandez is the sponsor of the legislation in the State Senate.
