Assemblyman Sayegh has co-sponsored legislation in the Assembly to allow school districts to recognize additional religious and cultural school holidays. On the Capitol's Million Dollar Staircase, he joined with supporters of a Lunar New Year School Holiday, which is celebrated by our Asian-American communities across our state.
