General Ordinance amending General Ordinance No.4-2000, also known as Chapter 43 of the Zoning Code of the City of Yonkers, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Yonkers, and the accompanying zoning map by amending said map by changing the zone classification of 21 Scarsdale Road, also known as Section 4, Block 4544, Lot 1, as shown and designated on the official tax map of the City of Yonkers, from the current “I” zone district classification to an “A” zone district classification (Adopted 7-0)
2. General Ordinance amending Article IX of Chapter 109 of the Code of the City of Yonkers entitled “Stopping, Standing and Parking” in relation to commercial and other vehicle momentary parking (Moves to Rules Committee meeting of April 18, 2023)

5. Resolution – approving Inter-Municipal Agreements between the City of Yonkers and the County of Westchester regarding Bus Shelters within the City of Yonkers. (Adopted 7-0)
6. Resolution –approving an Agreement between the City of Yonkers and the Yonkers Police Captains, Lieutenants and Sergeants Benevolent Association. (Adopted 7-0)
7. Resolution of the City Council urging the New York State Assembly and the New York State Senate to pass legislation to create a Housing Access Voucher program, and for Governor Hochul to sign the legislation into law (Adopted 7-0)
8. Resolution by the City Council of Yonkers acknowledging and denouncing the continuing and rising dangers of the unsafe charging, storage and use of e-mobility devices and lithium ion batteries in the City of Yonkers and throughout the state and calling for the Governor and State Senate and Assembly to propose legislation regarding the state-wide regulation of the use, storage and charging of “E-mobility Devices and Lithium Ion Batteries” to protect health safety and welfare.
