The Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a notice soliciting public comment concerning Con Edison’s proposed rate hikes for 2023, 2024, and 2025. Written comments for the public record are requested by April 7, 2023, but will continue to be accepted while these cases remain pending before the PSC. To submit a comment,  search “Case 22-E-0064 (Con Edison electric rates)” and/or “Case 22-G-0065 (Con Edison gas rates)” on the PSC's Post Comments page. Alternatively, mail your comments to the Hon. Michelle L. Phillips, Secretary, Public Service Commission, Three Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12223-1350; or call the toll-free, 24-hour Opinion Line at 1-800-335-2120.
