Yesterday evening, February 21, 2023, the Yonkers City Council held a Legislation & Codes Committee meeting and a Rules Committee meeting. All items on the agendas appear below, as well as the decisions taken by the City Council in regard to these items.

Legislation & Codes Committee Meeting Agenda 1. General Ordinance amending Chapter 65 of the Code of the City of Yonkers entitled “Animals and Dogs” in relation to the registration of animal abusers (Held in Committee for further discussion)   2. General Ordinance amending Chapter 93 of the Code of the City of Yonkers entitled “Littering’ to protect homeowners and residents from violations arising from the use of receptacles placed by private concerns (Held in Committee for further discussion)   3.
