LUDLOW TOWER APPROVAL: The Yonkers Planning Board Has Approved Plans For Ginsburg Development Companies To construct An Apartment Tower At 150 Downing Street YONKERS: Ginsburg Development Companies' plans are approved for 150 Downing Street. GDC is building a a seven-story tower over two levels of parking. The new building will have 131 one-bedroom units and 77 two-bedroom units for a total of 208 apartments. There would be 229 parking spaces provided.
