As part of New York's efforts to improve the business climate and expand economic growth, the NYS Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) was created to support the Regional Economic Development Council's economic development inititatives. (REDC) Instead of a once a year award of grants for each region of the state, New York now rolls out grant awards as they are approved.
