Yonkers Insider: Statement from Yonkers City Councilwoman Corazon Pineda Issac 2nd District.

 

As the holidays approach, the City of Yonkers and community organizations have been getting into the holiday spirit by hosting a series of tree lightings, toy drives, picture with Santa events, and more! This is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. Unfortunately, however, we have recently seen an increase in covid cases, RSV, and other viruses. As we gather with our community, families, and loved ones, please continue to keep safe by wearing masks in crowds, especially if you or any of your household members are immunocompromised, or if you show any signs of coming down with something. Let's all do our part to keep safe.
